Initial contact will be made by you, the member/subscriber, by clicking "Contact Project" in the Project Details.  This will automatically send you to the instant messaging site where you will introduce yourself and show your interest in the project.  Your personal/company profile is automatically attached to your message for the project customer's review on every message you send.  This allows the project customer to review who you are and what you do.  If your service or product is what they are looking for, then they will message you back with their preferred method of communication (i.e. email, phone) to discuss the project in even more detail.  Remember, they want to hear from you and they are typically excited and anxious for replies.  It's that easy and direct.
